In the operating rooms at Mayanei Hayeshua, we carry out surgery for patients hospitalized across our various departments, patients referred from the ER or following trauma, and scheduled surgery across a wide range of fields. Our operating-room team includes senior physicians, professional nursing staff, and a skilled anesthesia team — including a pediatric anesthesia coordinator and an obstetric anesthesia coordinator.
The complex has six operating rooms — four of them renovated in recent years — alongside a procedure room, a day-surgery room, and recovery rooms. It’s built to keep running without interruption even in wartime. To keep availability as high as possible for both emergency and scheduled surgery, the complex runs 24/7, and we add extra staffing shifts whenever they’re needed.
Our operating rooms are fitted with some of the most advanced equipment in the world, with antibacterial technologies and the capacity for many different kinds of surgery: robotic surgery, for exceptional precision; laparoscopic surgery; image-guided procedures; and a range of laser-based treatments.

Everything You Need to Know
Before surgery
When you arrive at the admission and recovery unit in the operating-room department, our nursing team will guide you through everything needed to prepare — filling out the various forms, emotional preparation when necessary, and getting you physically ready for the procedure itself.
After surgery
Once your surgery is done, you’ll be moved to a nearby recovery room, where you’ll be closely watched and cared for, with full monitoring equipment on hand. A doctor is also present in the complex throughout all operating hours.
We put a great deal into being a hospital free of acute pain. A dedicated team specializes in managing post-surgical pain, to make your recovery that much easier.
Good to know
We have agreements in place with the Maccabi, Meuhedet, and Leumit HMOs, so many procedures and surgeries don’t require a Form 17. Either way, it’s best to check in advance whether an authorization is needed when you book.

הנקתי במשך 5 וחצי חודשים
והייתי על גלולות למשך כל התקופה של ההנקה פלוס חודש נוסף.
הפסקתי את הגלולות הנקה לפני כחודש ושבוע ועדין לא קיבלתי ווסת.

לפני שנכנסתי להריון עשיתי טיפול עזרה ראשונה בגלל שסתימה בשן נשברה הטיפול היה כואב מאוד במיוחד שהרופא לא הצליח להרדים את המקום גם אחרי 4 זריקות הרדמה והטיפול ארך כשעה וקבעו לי טיפול שורש לעוד כמה חודשים בזמן הזה ברוך ה׳ נכנסתי להריון
כרגע בשליש השלישי ומרגישה כאבים בשן ותחושה שהשן גבוה אני חוששת מכמות ההרדמה שייצטרכו כדי לעשות טיפול כלשהו
מה עליי לעשות? רמת הכאב נסבלת ואין לי בעיה לחכות לאחרי הלידה אבל האם זה לא מסכן את העובר או אותי?
