Prenatal & Birth Support Clinic

About the clinic

We set up the Prenatal Clinic & Birth-Experience Processing to give mothers emotional support — whether as preparation for birth or as care afterward. The clinic’s team includes certified midwives who have trained in CBT for processing the birth experience.

Pregnancy and birth are usually a happy, positive event — but sometimes they can be a hard experience, and some of us need support. Alongside that emotional support, the clinic can also guide you in building a birth plan that fits your wishes and your medical situation.

Before the birth: you’re welcome to contact the service coordinator and set up a consultation, where the midwife will give you personal guidance, emotional preparation, and any other information you need. It’s a chance to ease your worries, plan the birth ahead in the way that’s best for you and your baby, and arrive at the birth calm.

After the birth: you can arrange a session to share how the birth went and receive gentle, sensitive, professional support from the midwife.
